Youth Groups

At a critical time in the lives of our young people, the world culture is trying to draw away your children to lifestyles that are harmful and detrimental to their health and well-being (smoking, drinking, drugs, sexual immorality greed and self-centeredness. The risks that go along with this type of behavior are far too great to be ignored. Our youth need an alternative and the church has that ability to reach out to them; we show them the love of God and the benefits of living Godly lives.

Hey everyone. Not only do I help my husband Greg Pastor the Church. I also oversee our high school youth group. I always joke with the kids I am probably the oldest youth pastor around but let me tell you hanging out with teenagers help to keep me young. I love watching the young people in our church grow in their relationship with God. I am all about helping to equip them to soak in His presence and listen for his voice and then participate with the church in doing the stuff. The kids will tell you my favorite snack on Wednesday nights is strawberry ice cream. This is an amazing generation of young people and I love to watch what God is doing in each of their lives. Like when the light bulb goes on in that brain of theirs and they get it. I call that the Aha moment.
